Hello! I'm an artist that enjoys working on character art & outfit design. I also really LOVE birds ❤I have a degree in animation/illustration but have focused more on illustration since graduating from uni. Drawing & crafting has brought me much needed comfort while living with chronic pains. I create art that brings myself joy, drawing things like cute critters & cute fashions but also characters that are LGBTQ+ like myself. Growing up I found little to no representation being who I was, so I want to make a difference in that regard.I feel we need to bring more love into our broken world and let people know that they matter and are not alone. It's important, especially for younger generations to remember they are loved, regardless of circumstances in life.I also love to play cozy games, do various types of crafting & watch animated films. Most of my inspiration comes from fairytales, cottagecore aesthetics & pieces of my childhood.I hope my art can help brighten your day! ❤

✿ General Terms

As an artist, I warrant that my artwork will be my original work performed to the best of my ability. I have the right to refuse any request for any reason. Thank you for understanding. In General:

  • I retain the rights to the image I create

  • Commercial licensing may be discussed for an additional fee

  • I may use any commission work in my own portfolio, or upload them wherever I plan to showcase my work

What I can draw:

  • Original Characters

  • You / Your friends (photo references required)

  • Elegant Gothic Lolita / Mori / Kodona fashion

  • Any Gender, I specialize in “feminine” or cutesy though!

  • Human / Anthro / Nekomimi, most species

  • Design custom outfits / dress prints (additional fees for more complex)

  • Wings (chibi/small), though larger wings will be an extra fee

What I will NOT draw:

  • Anything adult, NSFW / nudity (suggestive or otherwise)

  • Drug / Alcoholic references

  • Fanart of characters under IPs, clothing/plushies etc are fine though!

  • Mechanical complicated machinery

  • Feral animals (with the exception of simplified cute pets/plushies)

  • Unrealistic / extreme body proportions

  • Diapers / binkies / toddler references

  • Anything I'm not comfortable with, inquire if you have questions

✿ Payments

  • Payment must be received upfront, before I begin working on the commission

  • Partial payments may be made at the discretion of the artist.

  • Extra character/outfit fees that have been discussed will be included in the final price.

Additional Fees for:

  • Character and/or Outfit complexity

  • Props / critters / minions

✿ Revisions

  • Minor revisions can be made if I have missed something by mistake or if it was a small detail that can be added, free of charge

  • I will send you one sketch WIP and sometimes one coloring WIP during the drafting part of the commission, you will get 1-2 free revisions during this phase.

  • Significant revisions after a commission has been finished will result in a fee, which is why I’d recommend for you to give me as much information as possible before I begin your commission!

✿ Deadlines & Delivery

Depending on the complexity of your commission, the usual turnaround time is anywhere between 2 weeks - 2 months. If anything significant causes a delay I will inform you as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need your commission done by a certain date so we can discuss and work something out! Additional rush fees will be added if it’s sooner than the usual turnaround time.

✿ Usage Rights & Permissions

Clients are granted exclusive, non-transferable rights for personal, non-commercial use of the commission. Violation of the ‘USAGE RIGHTS’ terms can and will result in the artist using all available legal resources at the artist’s disposal to demand and retrieve the reparations deemed appropriate by the artist and the law for said violation.For any projects requiring additional rights, discussions and arrangements must be agreed upon before the project proceeds.List of examples of uses requiring additional licenses:

  • Use in any livestream or broadcasting content

  • Use in any space/work intended to monetize or aid in monetization

The Client May:

  • You are allowed to use your commission for personal use: desktop/phone wallpapers, making prints for personal use (NOT to sell and profit from)

  • You are allowed to post your commission on social media as long as you link credit back to me (including one of my social media places like my bluesky, twitter, instagram, or my website)

The Client May NOT:

  • Do not claim the artwork as your own

  • Do not sell or reproduce the image for profit, only use it for personal use.

  • Do not use my work for commercial purposes, you are granted exclusive rights for personal use. Commercial Licensing may be discussed if you are interested.

In Regards to: AI (Machine Learning), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) & Crypto Currency

The Client may NOT use any of my work for AI (artificial intelligence technology, Machine Learning technology, or any derived technologies, AI/ML Training) NFT, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, bitcoin, or any platforms or purposes that create products using this technology in any form (AI creation or NFTs). Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action if necessary.

  • Failure to disclose usage of artwork for NFT's, crypto-currency, machine learning, or anything the artist would reasonably associate with these technologies will result in blacklisting of future artworks, cut off communication from the artist, revoked rights to ANY AND ALL artwork (personal or commercial) made at any point, past or present, for the client.

  • In the instance that this agreement is violated, the client acknowledges the artist’s right to use whatever legal means are at the artist’s disposal to demand and retrieve the reparations deemed appropriate by the artist for said violation.

Refunds will be given out if I am unable to complete your commission:

  • Full Refund if I have not started your commission due to various reasons

  • Partial Refund if I have made progress working on a commission but was unable to finish due to various reasons
